of damaged cargo and subsequent loading on transshipment
vessel. Subsequently, arranged a salvage sale of severely
damaged items retained at Dubai. |

inspection of 14400 MT of Bagged Sugar cargo on board
a vessel at Jebel Ali Port. |

of ship's P&I club to ascertain the condition of
holds, hatch covers and Bagged Sugar cargo prior / during
loading. Monitor loading and tally operations. Advise
Master on pre-loading condition in order to suitably
clause cargo documents. |

to a part of cargo of 6600 MT Soya Bean Meal due to
seawater ingress to ship's lower hold. |

Acted on behalf
of vessel's P&I club to ascertain the cause, nature
and extent of water contamination to the cargo. Monitor
discharge operations, segregation ashore and destruction
of severely wet cargo. Subsequently assisted the solicitors
in defending the claim in local court. |

Vessel carrying
10580 MT of Raw Cane Sugar in bulk experienced heavy
weather in Arabian Sea. Engines failed and crew abandoned
vessel. Subsequently, the vessel towed to off-UAE coast
in an unmanned condition. |

behalf of Shippers/ Cargo Owners to ascertain the condition
of cargo in different holds. Investigate the cause and
circumstances of crew abandoning the vessel. Obtained
samples of water contaminated cargo. |
