vessel's P&I club in ascertaining the condition

at Dubai and subsequently assist in obtaining salvage
offers to minimize losses. |

threatening arrest of vessel and demanding guarantee
for their losses. |

of Owners P&I club to ascertain the cause, nature
and extent of damage to cargo. Liaise with receivers
and club correspondents for guarantees demanded. Assist
the receivers in segregation and salvage sale of cargo
to minimize the losses. |

of about 3900 MT. |

Attended on
behalf of Owners P&I club to determine the condition
of different Steel Products prior / during loading.
Advise Master to suitably clause the Mate's Receipts

Threat of arrest
of a reefer vessel with full load of 5250 MT of Chinese
White Garlic alleged to be damaged due to improper carriage
temperature during the voyage. |

Attended on
board on behalf of vessel's P&I Association to ascertain
condition of cargo and carriage temperatures during
the voyage. Monitor discharge operations and verify
condition of cargo from various reefer compartments.
Subsequently assisted the appointed solicitors during
the court proceedings on Consignee's claim. |

Owners behalf to inspect condition of Steel Pipes prior
/ during loading in vessel's holds. Monitor condition
of holds, cargo, loading / lashing operations and advise

Lading. |
