at Dubai and subsequently assist in obtaining salvage
offers to minimize losses. |

and club correspondents for guarantees demanded. Assist
the receivers in segregation and salvage sale of cargo
to minimize the losses. |

of a reefer vessel with full load of 5250 MT of Chinese
White Garlic alleged to be damaged due to improper carriage
temperature during the voyage. |

Attended on
board on behalf of vessel's P&I Association to ascertain
condition of cargo and carriage temperatures during
the voyage. Monitor discharge operations and verify
condition of cargo from various reefer compartments.
Subsequently assisted the appointed solicitors during
the court proceedings on Consignee's claim. |
