under allegation of inferior quality. Vessel arrived
at UAE to arrange disposal of rejected cargo. |

cargo, draw joint samples from different locations of
cargo holds, monitor discharge operations and subsequent
storage. |

of Asphalt Plant damaged during carriage on board due
to heavy weather experienced by the vessel during passage
to Dubai. |

Acted on behalf
of vessel's P&I Club to investigate the cause nature
and extent of damages to various packages on board.
Monitor the discharge operations and attend follow-up
surveys with other interested parties. Subsequently,
on behalf of Owners, assisted in negotiations with claimants
to reduce the claim amount in an out-of-court settlement. |
